Can EpoSystem be adapted to our company?
Yes. You describe your own production workflow — the stages, who works at each of them and what each one needs — and everything is planned against that. Project types, roles, permissions, the working calendar and the warehouse structure are yours to define, and they can change as the company does.
What do we need to prepare before we start?
Your production stages, your people and one real project. There is no data migration to plan first — start with a single order and add the rest as you go. Existing part and product lists can be imported later, when it saves typing.
How long does it take to get started?
The same day. Start the trial, and the guided setup takes an administrator through the working calendar, roles, people, the warehouse and a first job — showing exactly what to click at each step. Most factories run a real order through it in the first week, without stopping production.
Can the shop floor use it directly?
Yes. Workers get their own screen with the next job, its drawings and instructions, and they start and finish the work there — on a computer or a tablet. Signing in with an RFID card is supported, so nobody has to type a password with gloves on.
Will AI replace our planners?
No. It ranks the day, forecasts delivery risk and explains the reasoning — the decisions stay with your people. It also answers questions in chat from your live production data, which makes preparing a decision faster rather than making it for you.
Can EpoSystem be integrated with other systems?
Yes. EpoSystem is built on its own API, and integrations with accounting, CAD/CAM, BI, document management or e-commerce systems can be built on top of it. Tell us what has to be connected and we will say what it takes.
Can new modules or features be added?
Yes. EpoSystem is developed continuously, and every customer gets the same improvements as part of the subscription. When a company needs something specific, new modules and integrations can be built for it — there is no need to change systems later.
What is included in the subscription price?
The whole platform: projects, production planning, workflow, warehouse, procurement, internal logistics, quality control, HR, AI planning and reporting — plus your own database, updates and support. You pay only for the number of active employees.
Is our data secure?
Each company gets its own separate database, so one customer's production is never mixed with another's. Access is controlled by roles and individual permissions, data travels over an encrypted connection, backups run regularly, and significant actions are written to an audit trail. Your data is never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
What happens when our company grows?
You add people, and the price follows the number of active employees. Nothing extra to install, and no feature is held back for a larger plan — more teams, production lines or sites run on the same system.
Will we get support once we are working in it?
Yes. Support, advice and ongoing improvements are part of the subscription rather than a separate project. As new needs come up, the system keeps developing with your company.
