Inventory that knows what production needs next
Counting stock is straightforward. Knowing whether next week's parts are here, on their way, or still unordered is the part that stops work — and EpoSystem answers it from the production plan rather than from a separate spreadsheet.

- Real production requirements
- Stock reserved
- To specific jobs
- Shortages shown
- Before work starts
The part nobody ordered
A project looks on track until one missing component halts several people at once and pushes back every stage behind it. Usually nobody made a mistake — the requirement simply never became a purchase order.
That is what happens when the warehouse and the production plan are separate systems someone has to reconcile by hand, and it is the reason EpoSystem calculates demand from the plan itself.

Stock connected to the plan
Reserved, not just counted
Materials are committed to the job that needs them first, so two orders are never planned around the same parts.
Shortages before the start date
A job that cannot be completed is visible while there is still time to order, not on the morning it was due to begin.
Purchase demand from real requirements
Purchasing sees what is needed, for which project, by when, and what is already on order.
Internal logistics
What to move to which station and when, so material arrives with the work rather than after it.

What the warehouse team gets
- Stock levels per location, with full movement history
- Earliest required date for every part
- Goods receipt tied to the orders that were waiting
- Preparation lists for upcoming production
- RFID sign-in at shop-floor terminals

Frequently asked questions
Do we need barcodes or scanners?
No. EpoSystem works with manual entry and supports RFID cards for signing in at shop-floor terminals. Barcodes help at scale but nothing depends on them.
Can it handle several warehouses or locations?
Yes. Stock is tracked per location, and internal logistics covers moving material between locations and out to production stations.
Does it replace our accounting system?
No. EpoSystem manages production, materials and purchasing; invoicing and bookkeeping stay where they are.
