Is this an APS system?

Yes — EpoSystem includes advanced planning and scheduling. The difference from a standalone APS tool is that the plan, the shop floor and procurement are one system, so the schedule reflects what is actually happening without anything being synchronised between tools.

Do we have to plan everything manually first?

No. Describe your workflow stages once and the system plans from your real orders. You can always reorder work by hand — the plan is a recommendation you control.
